Complete remodel

Several walls were removed to open the floor plan in the living and dining room. This complete remodel included new flooring  throughout (bamboo and travertine tile), new cabinetry in bathroom and kitchen, new windows, doors and trim, new light fixtures.

Fort Leavenworth, KS – Holiday Inn
Window replacement project

700 window replacement project included removal of the old aluminum window and replacing with new
vinyl.

Fort Wainwright, AK – Holiday Inn
Remodel and FFE

The project included the replacement of outdated vinyl wall coverings with texture and paint to match pre-existing finishes. New updated furniture and signage throughout to match current
standards. New walls in the breakfast serving area to accommodate sliding barn doors.

Hunter Liggett, CA – IHG Army Hotels
Lead abatement and repaint project

Failing wood fascia and trim was replaced with new. All failing areas were prepped, new caulking throughout, and surfaces power washed. The customer went with an acrylic self-cleaning paint, which allows the surfaces to be cleaned very easily with water. Once the body was painted the walkways were sealed and coated. An abrasive material was used in the paint to prevent slips.

Monroe, MI – Commercial Property
Painting Project

Commercial property experienced heavy paint failures resulting in damage to the substrate surface. The failing areas were scrapped and wire brushed, mortar joints were tuck pointed, cracks around windows and doors were caulked, and the entire building was power washed before applying proper enamel.
