Mold Remediation
- Proper PPE is required by all employees, not limited to protective suits, gloves, respirators, face shields, and boots
- Containments and negative pressures are setup to prevent mold to spread to unaffected areas
- Non-structure areas affected with mold are removed and disposed
- Structure items are cleaned using manual abrasive methods i.e. wire brushing
- Biocides are applied to kill microorganisms and clean the surfaces affected
- Air scrubbers are used to filter the air in affected areas
